Mother's Day

For a Mother's Day present I painted the students hands and feet and printed them on an apron. The students wore them to serve their Mothers tea. They were very cute. Sam's Club has white aprons in bulk for a good price.

Mother's Day Card: On the inside we wrote a letter to our mom
about our favorite thing to do with them.

Mother's Day Songs:

We Love Mothers
(Sung to the tune of “Frere Jacques”)

We love mothers.
We love mothers.
Yes we do; yes we do.
Mothers are for hugging (hug self)
Mothers are for kissing (blow a kiss)
We love you; yes, we do.
Thank you mothers.
Thank you mothers.
For your love; for your love.
Mothers are for hugging,
Mothers are for kissing.
We love you; yes, we do.

Very Special Friend
(sung to the tune of “BINGO”)
Do in sign language.

I have a very special friend,
And mommy is her name-o,
And mommy is her name-o.

Roses are Red
Violets are Blue
I'm so Lucky
To have a Mother like YOU!

We read this fun book:

We hung these out in the hall for the Moms to look at:
