This is our Mother's Day Box/Poem/Card. The students thumb print is in a flower shape on the outside of a box they made (I painted the green part). The students drew a picture of their mom to glue on the inside. They were given 5 minutes to write words that describe their mother and then used five of those words to write a list poem on the inside of the box. It's so nice because it can be closed up and stored or stand up and be displayed.
